Poetry
1. The work must be your own.
2. The poem must have 1000 words or less.
3. The poem must be typed or data formatted.
4. The poem should be single spaced in 12
point font.
5. The author’s name should not be under title
of poem.
6. Cover sheet information must include:

Number with Area Code
Email
Address

Grade
in school

7. Be sure to use grammar and spelling
check before submitting.
Fiction/Non-Fiction
1. The work
must be your own.
2. The fiction or non-fiction work must be 500 to 1500 words.
3. The work
must be typed or data formatted.
4. The work
must be double spaced in 12 point font.
5. The author’s name should not be under
title.
